Stoic Builds was contracted to replace existing fir decking with composite T&G decking.

Upon removal of the existing decking, some areas of structural rot were discovered. Temporary bracing and replacement of joists were required.

To help mitigate the chance of future rot joist flashing was applied before the installation of composite decking.
